چکیده
This paper presents the post-forming limits of polyamide 6 carbon (CF/PA6) thermoplastic tubes to facilitate design and process optimisation bent tubular CF/PA6 part manufacturing. Straight can be post-formed using rotary draw bending at elevated temperature achieve desired curvatures. Forming are predicted based on their winding angles, tube geometry, radius, presented as relation between angle ratio. Additionally, corresponding principal shear strain derived from axial strains. Three sets with configurations [±30°] 4 , [±45°] [±60°] heated 220 °C a 90° ratio 2. Micro computed tomography imaging is performed analyse geometry after forming identify failure modes for beyond limits.

Analysis of the Rotary-draw Bending Process for Thin-walled Rectangular Aluminum Tube
The Rotary-Draw Bending (RDB) process is a distinguished process employed for the precision cold bending of a hollow tube with small radius bends using Numerical Control (NC) machines. This research presents an analytical model based on the power law hardening model for the RDB processing of rectangular thin tubes. Based on the constraints of the tube in the dies and its thinness, the plane str...
متن کاملeffect of mandrel, its clearance and pressure die on tube bending process via rotary draw bending method
one of the most prominent industries is bending, while using rotary draw bending method is known to be the most conventional approach for thin wall tube bending. pressure die is one effective tool which boosts the tube during the process and eventually improves the bending quality. other effective parameters are mandrel and the amount of clearance between tube and mandrel. in the present study,...

Modelling the Nonlinear Response of Fibre-reinforced Bending Fluidic Actuators
Soft actuators are receiving increasing attention from the engineering community, not only in research but even for industrial applications. Among soft actuators, fibre-reinforced Bending Fluidic Actuators (BFAs) became very popular thanks to features such as robustness and easy design and fabrication. However, an accurate modelling of these smart structures, taking into account all the nonline...
